The following items were taken from area police department reports and releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
A McDonald’s employee reported at 11:33 p.m. Aug. 23 that 45 minutes prior, a Black male threw a cup of ice at her in the drive up window at McDonald’s, 100 N. La Grange Road. The man threw the cup when he was denied service in the drive up. The employee had a bruise on her shoulder.
An employee at Lucca’s Restaurant, 108 W. Burlington Avenue, reported that a manager at the store threatened him. The complainant didn’t want to press charges at this time, but wanted a documented record of the incident.
A student reported at 4:45 p.m. Aug. 24 that someone had thrown a water bottle at her and struck her head on her school bus on La Grange Road. She wasn’t sure who it was and said she thought that the bottle was aimed at someone else. The report will be forwarded to the Lyons Township South High School Student Resource Officer.
A cleaning person at AdventHealth La Grange, 5101 S. Willow Springs Rd., reported at 7:20 p.m. Aug 23 that someone had taken her phone from a cleaning cart. The loss is estimated at $1,000.
Angel Molina, 34, of the 6700 block of South Kostner Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 2:51 a.m. Aug. 20 at La Grange Road and Harding Avenue with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure signal who required, and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Eduardo Torres, 18, of the 800 block of Barnsdale Road, La Grange Park, was charged at 1:40 a.m. Aug. 20 at La Grange Road and Calendar Avenue with having no valid driver’s license and speeding.
Camaria Orr, 19, of the 7900 block of Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 1:39 a.m. at La Grange Road and Burlington Avenue with speeding (35 MPH or over the limit), operating and uninsured vehicle, and suspended registration for no insurance.
Nikolas Dambrauskas, 47, of the 1200 block of Arlington Avenue, La Grange, was charged at 8:36 p.m. Aug. 19 at Nazareth Academy, 1209 W. Ogden Ave., with battery and criminal damage to property.
Milenko Giljen, 59, of the 11100 block of Shaw Street, Westchester, was charged at 8:28 p.m. Aug. 8 on Forest Road with DUI (under the influence of alcohol), failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Jacob D. Rogers, 28, of the 1600 block of Forest Road, was served at 2:44 a.m. Sept. 20 at the La Grange Park Police Department, 447 N. Catherine Ave. with a warrant for civil contempt.
